Terms and conditions of the HydraFacial membership program

  • A picture ID and credit card are required to enroll in our HydraFacial membership program.
  • Your chosen membership is a 4, 6, or 12 month agreement.
  • You will have 4, 6, or 12 HydraFacial MD treatments at any time depends on your schedule.
  • Signed acceptance of program terms and conditions along with permission to charge monthly payment to your credit card is needed to participate in the program.
  • Your credit card will be charged every month automatically for 4, 6, or 12 consecutive months.
  • All membership offers are already discounted and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons or gift certificates.
  • Members are required, per the Membership Agreement to notify LiLyDermis in writing of any change in Credit card or account information or address on file prior to the next withdrawal date. 
  • You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is not frozen and in good standing.
  • LiLyDermis memberships are non-transferable.

  • You may cancel your membership program before end date, then all the performed services re-calculate as our regular price
